Romford Ice Rink at risk

Havering Council plan to sell Romford ice rink to a retail firm, and use the money they get from the sale to build a new leisure Centre which will have a new ice rink as part of it, but this will not open until 2014. So there is a link to an e-petition on the home page of the Romford Raiders website which asks Havering council to set up a temporary rink for the Raiders, and everyone else who use's rvw in the period between the closing of rvw and the opening of the new leisure Centre.

SW Goalie Training at Bracknell

There is a SW goalie session at Bracknell on 7th January 2012 This is open to all netminders who play for clubs in the SW conference and open from U10 to U18. Sessions cost £10 per goalie and places should be reserved by e mailing Carol-Ann Watt. Players should try and wear a shirt with their name on the back if possible and must always bring a full water bottle with them.
